Nathan Blair review about company Rocky Mountain Plumbing & Remodel

*03/27/2019 Update: Rocky Mountain Plumbing used to be named Quality Affordable Plumbing. The following review took place while they were under the older name. It's curious to me why they needed to change names...* Our main sewer line disconnected and backed up yucky water into our utility room. We had Any Hour Plumbing come out and very professionally give us a quote. Insurance required that we get a second quote, so we contacted Vijay at Quality Affordable Plumbing. They came and ran a camera down the main sewer line to verify the problem. I did not have my eyes on them at the time, but as they retracted the camera line, apparently they grabbed one of our towels to wipe off the sludge that had gathered on the camera cable during the procedure. They did not ask or inform us of this highly unprofessional decision, we learned about it when we later found the stinky towel crumpled on the floor with heavy dark smears of refuse matter from inside the sewer main. We threw the towel into the trash. Based on this display, and the fact that their quote was $1,800 more than the other quote, we went with Any Hour. Maybe sharing this experience will help make your plumbing crisis less of a burden by going with a professional service. This service could neither be classified as Quality nor Affordable. Also, if you are a plumber on a call, don’t ask to use a customer’s restroom when you are there investigating a backed up sewer.
