Bruce does not seem to care too much about customer service of any kind. I had a few questions about work I needed done and requested a phone call instead of communicating via text. I was then sent a response stating "I'm busy, if you are soliciting, lose my number. Well Brucie, I wasn't soliciting and you lost a job before you could even give a quote.
