Bruce's handyman service

Bruce was very helpful from the minute I called. He helped determine the correct equipment needed for installation of my yoga swing. He put up the swing without any problem and made sure I was happy about the placement. He even tested it out to make sure it was sturdy after he was done. Great service! Highly recommend!

Bruce does not seem to care too much about customer service of any kind. I had a few questions about work I needed done and requested a phone call instead of communicating via text. I was then sent a response stating "I'm busy, if you are soliciting, lose my number. Well Brucie, I wasn't soliciting and you lost a job before you could even give a quote. Phenomenal customer service my man!!!

Bruce is top notch. He has come out to fix multiple issues over the years ranging from electrical to plumbing. He is great at troubleshooting and finding the root cause. He handled each job quickly and cost effectively. Each time he walked me through the situation and presented alternatives.

Bruce contacted us after we requested a water leak fix service from a store. While asking questions he was unclear (using technical terms) then he was impatient, because I did not understand these terms, then he was borderline rude all the while reminding me he was helping me. When, exasperated, I passed the phone to my husband to talk to him... he hung up. I rate him rude, crude and unprofessional, before he even started the job. I reported him to the Third Party that recommend him and I moved on to the next professional.

Bruce does excellent work and is straight forward in communicating costs, issues and recommendations. He has done many of projects for us including; installing a gas bbq grill, front door hardware, kitchen faucet, exterior accent lighting and repairing bathtub faucet leaks.
