robert ludwig review about company Smoak's Comfort Control

I called to have a tech come to my house. My wife was home and the guy was there for almost 2 hours. At the end...he said the units board was fired and that we needed at least 2 lbs. of coolant. Thought this was odd after I took a look. The board looked fine and coolant level was pretty healthy. Decided to get a second opinion. The next guy told me simply that the thermostat shorted out needed a new one. He was in and out in 12 minutes. My heat works great. He charged sixty dollars. Smokes gave me an estimate of 700.00. Beware of companies that put mass dollars into advertising because in the end...they are who they are because they are just trying to steal your money
