Louis, one of their service technicians, told me a very clear diagnosis when he Inspected my water heater. But, then when I called the home warranty company to request a new water heater, as Louis clearly stated I needed, I discovered first that the home warranty company had no diagnosis on file. So they called APC and, suddenly, there was a diagnosis of a faulty pressure relief valve. A valve that Louis had clearly told me was working perfectly fine. I am disappointed by this level of service. The home warranty company then put me on a conference call with APC. When I asked Louis why he was lying, he called me a liar, told me I was no longer his customer, and hung up on me. I don't think I will be using APC any more.
