Charged me £440 for a repair that included £60 call out fee, boiler worked for additional 4 days before original fault returned and so whole boiler had to be replaced then wanted 2k for a new boiler that others did for £1850. Came round within 2hrs and removed said new parts and offered only £210 refund our of the £440 paid. We are still waiting for the refund. My wife visited them and they argued and agreed 50% of the fitting costs but still waiting for refund whatever they are now going to send. Very rude, defensive and not customer friendly, what a local business I would expect more, we could have used a national company but chose local and this is what you get. I would not recommend these if you want customer satisfaction, oh and by the way the boiler they tried to fix was left back firing dangerously.
