Brittney Miller review about company Gulf Coast Leak Detection

Scheduled an appointment with Brandon for this afternoon. At the time of scheduling I requested an estimated time of arrival. I was only told Doug would be be handling my appointment and that he would give me a call 30 minutes before arrival. I ended up staying home all day and did not receive a call from anyone with this company and no one showed up for the appointment. I ended up calling Brandon AFTER HOURS regarding the no show only for him to tell me "they got busy." Be aware that if you do business with this company you are dealing with very unprofessional people that don't have the common decency to let you know if your appointment needs to be rescheduled and they have no regard for your time.
