Steven came out to our office at the end of a work day on short notice to clear what we all thought was just a clogged toilet. Long story short there was a significant blockage that he traced to outside of our unit and had to remove the toilet to clear. He was very informative through the process and gave us the instructions and documentation needed to get reimbursed for the service through out condo association.
