Christina Bacus review about company J T Collins Plumbing & Heating

I hired him to repair leaking sink. He replaced my beautiful Kraus basket drains with cheap Home Depot drains and said what? They do the same thing . Second, $500 later, my pipes still leak. I notified him to fix it he said he would come on appointed day and time. He was a NO SHOW. I called him to ask where he was, he said sorry, I have a lot of new customers . (Excuse me, but you haven t finished with this one yet.) he said he d be there in an hour. Again NO SHOW. So he has WASTED my time, NOT fixed my problem, DOWNGRADED my new sink. Obviously not happy and still have not heard from this guy after a third call saying we ll set up a time next week. Basically stole $500 from me and pipes still leaking. DON T HIRE!!!!!!
