Tyshawn Taylor review about company J T Collins Plumbing & Heating

Met the guy on Wednesday and he said he would be here at 9am on Thursday for a 3 to 4 hour job. It's almost noon and he hasn't showed or attempted to contact us, even after me calling and leaving a message. Upon finally getting in touch with him (I called him) he said another job went later than expected, however when my mother called him around 9:52, she said it sounded like he had just woken up. I cancelled a pretty important appointment to be here while the work was being done. He was even there for the rescheduling of my appointment on Wednesday. I don't understand how you can have a business and treat your customer's time as if it is of little significance. Needless to say, I've cancelled his services.
