We bought a water softener and reverse osmosis from Justin Tindol with hopes we would have a better system and for cheaper. Our RO system has never worked properly. He rarely answers texts or calls. He promises he will do something and he never does it. My husband finally got fed up and trouble shooted with the manufacturer. We bought the part for $15 and we put it in. He still hasn't called orcame through on ordering that part. Do not buy anything from Justin Tindol. It was a horrible experience dealing with him.
