We bought a water softener and reverse osmosis from Justin Tindol with hopes we would have a better system and for cheaper. Our RO system has never worked properly. He rarely answers texts or calls. He promises he will do something and he never does it. My husband finally got fed up and trouble shooted with the manufacturer. We bought the part for $15 and we put it in. He still hasn't called orcame through on ordering that part. Do not buy anything from Justin Tindol. It was a horrible experience dealing with him.
I purchased a water system through Justin at Water Ninja who I thought was a genuine guy. I gave this small business owner several opportunities to come out and check this highly priced water system he convinced me to buy but of course he never showed. This place i'm guessing doubles as a uhaul depot. We worked directly with the owner and his girlfriend and they made it with it for us. Even came in on the weekend to make sure it went smooth. Kudos.
Paid over 3000 up front 2 months ago for water softener and reverse osmosis. Feel like a total fool for paying up front, he cashed my check right away. Weeks later after missed appts, begging repeatedly, got the softener. Still no reverse osmosis. Doesnt answer texts or calls except with the random excuse or a promise that never happens. Going to have to go to court. Will end up with a proprietary system no regular plumber can fix and this guy will probably be out of business.
Justin was able to come in and fix our very smelly water in a matter of days! He answered all of our questions and provided us with a written estimate on the spot. He didn't try to sell us equipment we didn't need and was able to provide us with options to get rid of the smell in our water. Within a matter of days of our initial visit, Water Ninja came and installed our equipment and had fresh water that night. We highly recommend Water Ninja to everyone and anyone!
