They were very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything to the customer so that you understand exactly what is wrong and what they are going to do to fix it. even after you sign off on the time they spend with your plumbing issue (meaning they are not on the clock anymore) they are willing to help talk you through an issue (I'm sure that would be within reason depending on the time available). they do good quality work and will make sure they do it the right way, the first time. no BS.
