As a remote property owner it's comforting knowing Maui Plumbing is always there to help me out professionally, quickly and thoroughly when I encounter a plumbing problem. No matter the size of the job, I have confidence in Maui Plumbing to resolve it and communicate with me throughout the process. Every technician has been friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and hard working; as well the folks in the office are super helpful. I've used another plumbing company in the past (only once!) but Maui Plumbing is now my 'go to' plumber.

They were very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything to the customer so that you understand exactly what is wrong and what they are going to do to fix it. even after you sign off on the time they spend with your plumbing issue (meaning they are not on the clock anymore) they are willing to help talk you through an issue (I'm sure that would be within reason depending on the time available). they do good quality work and will make sure they do it the right way, the first time. no BS.

A while back I hired Maui Plumbing to replace a hot water heater and fix a broken drain in a condo we were preparing to sell. The technicians arrived on time were very professional and did a great job. They didn't mind spending the extra time answering questions I had and when all was said and done, they left the condo looking better and cleaner than when they arrived. I HIGHLY recommend Maui Plumbing and I will be using them again the next time I need plumbing help.

Jami was on time, great guy and he worked quick. Clear to the point and gave us great options on how to move forward. Look forward to working with him again shoulder another issue arise.

I worked on my plumbing several times now and each time the on-site representative is extremely professional, explains to me everything that needs to be done and asks if it’s OK before starting the work, and never has overcharge me or try to upsell me on additional plumbing work that is not necessary and like other plumbing companies I’ve had poor experiences with. I would always suggest using my plumbing before anyone else as I have never been let down.
