M Soto review about company B K Plumbing
Had an estimate done and a sewage pump ordered with these folks few weeks ago. On Easter Sunday, I was having issues with my plumbing backing up. I called Bill who did my estimate and he walked me through on what to check for and I was able to fix the clog on my own. He did this while at his Easter dinner. Bill was very patient and was more than happy to help. Then for my pump install this week, not everything went as planned. Bill stayed late and didn’t moan or complain one bit. Very professional. He was adamant to make sure I was taken care of and the job was done right. It turned out a bigger pump needed to be ordered and they got it in the next day. Bill came back, got the pump in and now I’m up and running once more. Bill was a pleasure to work with. I didn’t meet the owner, but I’m confident that he ensured the logistics of the job were carried out properly and my system fixed correctly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use B K Plumbing again.
