Manoucheka Williams review about company Raven Mechanical

The water shutoff valve under our sink needed to be replaced. When I called, Mary (I think...) was very kind in getting me scheduled. It may not seem like a big thing to most people but customer service over the phone has gone down in a lot of companies, so I appreciated her kindness when speaking with her to set the appointment. The day of, she also called me to let me know the technician was running about an hour behind. When he finally arrived, Sean was kind, courteous, helpful and straight forward. He explained their pricing and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased and will definitely contact Raven in the future should the need arise. -Blessings
