Mike Kelliher review about company Noonan Energy Corporation
Extremely poor customer service. Spent a bunch of money on a tankless hot water system with Noonan, started acting up a year or so after install. Their technicians don’t understand this equipment very well and couldn’t be bothered to get help from the manufacturers support. Jerked us around for over 6 months supposedly working on a remedy. Finally the owner comes out (2 hours late for an appointment) and had zero idea how to resolve the problem. I was able to email support with a description of the issue and a video of unit acting up, within a couple hours support had a diagnosis and fix. Look elsewhere for this type of equipment, they don’t have the expertise and clearly don’t care.
