R D review about company American Leak Detection of The Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast

We called ALD (Palm Beach County) as we found a damp area on a wall in our master bath and suspected a possible plumbing leak. Dan came out on Monday. Dan was right on time and very courteous. He used his equipment to determine that there was no plumbing leak and another piece of equipment that can detect audible water movement (leaks) in our house water plumbing. All was good. Dan found that the issue was actually a roof leak near the overhang facia. I still have no idea how Dan was able to get into the very small crawl space above our master bathroom. He is the size of an NFL linebacker! We were scheduled for a new “re-roof” anyway so we just adjusted the schedule to get it done much sooner. ALD is a great company. We were VERY IMPRESSED. Quick, Efficient, and Professional. Would definitely recommend.
