HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! After months of unsuccessfully searching for a water leak in our Jupiter condo, Tom found it in under 2 hours! We tried everything from cameras to smoke tests before finding American Leak Detection through a web search. They said they find "mystery leaks" and they're not kidding! Tom came equipped with the right tools, the right skill set, and the right attitude to find our leak. He was tenacious, and just wouldn't quit until he found the leak. They try to be as non-invasive as possible, but it's good to know they can get to the source when needed. We had to find the source of the water in our family room, and told Tom to do whatever it took. When all signs pointed to an area that was going to require him to remove drywall and cut through cinder blocks, Tom made the right measurements and removed a minimum amount of materials to uncover the leak. We can now begin the process of repairing the cracked stormwater drainage pipe that runs down our unit. Tom was kind, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, on-time, and left the place cleaner than he found it! We can't say enough good things about him, and about American Leak Detection. And while I hope I never have to use them again, I won't hesitate to call if I do! :-)
