Raul Salcido review about company Handyman Connection of Grapevine
The owner, Ian Charters, continued to delay my work order to install a fence because of other jobs. Ian and his crew did not communicate well so project requests were not properly understand. I was asked to push back my project three times because of scheduling conflicts after the project began. It is almost two months and counting and the work is still not complete. The contract was poorly written and not clear and Ian, wanted to shame me for not understanding the contract. Contracts should be written to reflect the customers requests not the other way around. Ian and his scheduling assistant requested partial payment twice without completing the work. When I told Ian I was disappointed with the work he threatened to put a lien on my house although there was no mentioning of me not making payment. I still need to hire another contractor to finish the unfinished work I originally asked for. Ian is unprofessional and does not respect people’s property by demanding payment for poor quality and incomplete work. I would not recommend a fence installation from this business or the representative of this company.Make sure you get clear underwriting from Ian. .
