Steven Cobb review about company 3rd Rock Plumbing

We scheduled an appointment for their guy to come out, and they did not show. We called to see if they were coming and they said they were backed up and would have to reschedule. We rescheduled for the next day, same time. They sent text confirming the appointment, even asked for the address. The guy called and said he maybe there early, so we hurried home from work. Then the guy called asking what we wanted him to look at, so we explained our plumbing issues. He then gave us an estimate over the phone. Really we could of done this at step 1, instead of scheduling us for appointments, then not showing. Also, not sure if I trust them to stand behind their estimate if he hasn’t seen anything. The other reviews say they do good plumbing work, they must of gotten lucky getting them on site.
