Plumbing Express

Plumbing Express was great throughout the entire process! Called Friday afternoon about hot water heater pilot light not staying lit. Lady on call line was super polite, helpful, and friendly! Scheduled us for 10-2 slot Monday morning. PE called around 10 AM saying someone would arrive in 45 minutes to an hour. Dylan arrived right around 11 AM. He gave me an honest assessment, answered all of our questions, and gave us a quote on repair vs. replace. We decided to go ahead and replace our 18 year old unit. When I asked about the online special, Dylan confirmed it and matched the price. Dylan immediately went to get a heater and said he'd be back around 2 PM and would finish up by 4:30 PM. He arrived back about 1 PM and finished about 3:30. Dylan was great the whole time! He was very amicable, and we enjoyed chatting while he worked. I like to learn about everything being done whenever we have professional services done at our home, so I ask questions about everything. Dylan answered them all! Would definitely recommend Plumbing Express to others!

Tyler did a great job installing my new bathroom faucet. He was on time, friendly yet always professional. I really can't think of any facet of the service call that could have been improved upon. I will keep Plumbing Express in mind for any future plumbing issue

They are easy to schedule, arrive on time, and do high quality work. We also find the value of using them to be better than anyone else we tried before we found them.

My dishwasher was overflowing into my kitchen and the technician was able to identify the issue, unclog the sink pipes, drain my dishwasher and reroute a few items to safeguard from my dishwasher ever overflowing again. Very reasonably priced for the amount of work that was done, and the tech was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

I recently had an issue with the water pressure at my home and I called Plumbing Express. Their service technician, Jose', came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty hot water heater. Jose' presented several options and I chose to replace the heater. Jose' was able to install a new one by the end of the day. He was polite, professional and explained everything that needed to be done & the new heater is working fine. I called several smaller companies & received either a late response or none at all. This was an emergency situation and Plumbing Express responded immediately. I will not hesitate to call Plumbing Express for any future plumbing needs.
