Had Home Depot cut a 2 x 10 x 12 into 3 pieces. Apparently the guy does not know how to accurately take a measurement as my pieces are now 3/4" too short and can't be used.

Up in till six months ago I would've given this five stars. Since then we've ordered all new flooring for our house and lots of upgrades for a remodel. We've used Home Depot's contractors to do work and unfortunately it's been an utter disaster. I will never again use their services for Installation of anything. There's been a literally dozens of mess ups. Multiple managers have apologized saying that they would fix things and ultimately nothing ever happens without you following up literally dozens of times. Their management needs to have a serious vetting.
