Home Services at The Home Depot

I booked an estimate at Home Depot to get my floor redone, and out of three other flooring companies, this was undoubtedly the worst. First, they told me that I would have to go to the store personally to pick out the flooring. So, I go to Home Depot and meander around aimlessly looking for the right tile. There were multiple employees there that saw me and did not offer to help me. I sat at the desk in the flooring aisle for ten minutes, so i called the store. Someone finally came to help me. The employee seemed rather rude and did not offer any condolences for my lost time. She showed me the tile and I proceeded to ask her questions. She then told me that if you have a piano or a pool table, they will not even move it for you, which seemed rather ridiculous. It was a charge of $100 dollars just to move a TV. Upon this information, I cancelled my estimate because I have a piano and I don't want to be nickeled and dimed paying for everything. They should have told me this upfront when I called and wasted my time. This was a horrible experience, and I am extremely unsatisfied.
