John at Steele Bros blew me away recently with his great service. I called Steele Bros when my A/C started tripping my breaker 15+ times per day so I couldn't get my house cooled on these 90 degree days. John was at my house the next morning at 8:30 AM (literally) and was able to diagnose and fix the problem before 11:00 AM. Luckily it wasn't a major issue with the A/C so the fix was easier than I thought it would be. Nonetheless, I am super grateful for John and the Steele Bros team. They will be my go-to for any/all future HVAC needs.
I have been a customer since early 2016. Steele installed the HVAC system from the builder and I purchase a whole house humidifier and smart thermostat right after moving in. I was a huge fan and recommend Steele Bros including the Gold Plan to many people. Since Michele and Chris left the service has gone down drastically and there does not appear to be any customer loyalty. Every year it is something new and when I talked to service I feel like they really do not want people on the Gold Plan. Today the technician came out without filters that he was supposed to drop off with the gold plan and then i had to reschedule. Jillian was also good but now she is gone too. I started out as a five star customer and unfortunately am now down to 2 stars.

This is the first time I had a furnace and AC installed in my home and Steele bros made this an awesome experience. Oswaldo and Adrian C were exceptionally professional, worked really hard from start to finish and answered all my questions to the best of their ability. I did a lot of homework and checking reviews to make this decision and I am so glad I chose this company. Don't want to forget to mention JP the salesman he was awesome as well and answered all my questions and I had a lot of them. Thank you so much.
This evening my husband noticed our furnace wasn't running well. We purchased a new furnace & AC from Steele Brothers a couple years ago so my husband put a call into them. John called us back. We just had a blizzard blow thru and John suggested to clear the exhaust and walked my husband through the fix. Great customer service John!
