THIS COMPANY HIRES INSTALLERS THAT STEAL & they’re ok with it!!! This joke of a company has people working for them that they don’t even trust. Carpet installers stole from my mom during an install. When we reported it to a manager he ACTUALLY defended the installers. My mom feels violated and the store AND COMPANY don’t care. Then we reported to corporate who took over a week to respond and ALL they had to say was they will be doing nothing and that she should have filed a police report. YOUR INSTALLERS STEAL AND YOU DEFEND THEM OVER YOUR INNOCENT CUSTOMERS!!!! These people know where my lives and they have nothing to say for the people the hired. Horrible.
