took longer to buy a water heater than for me to install it. not the sharpest tools in the box and try to find anybody for help and when you do they are super slow or don't know anything about anything. don't expected to get any real answer from most people there, 1 out of 10 maybe. Don't go there if you haven't eaten or you might starve. I thought HD was trying to turn things around but I was wrong. Maybe its this store only but I don't think so.
