There should be an option for zero stars. I had 4 units installed earlier this year and they have been nothing but trouble. Exactly what the previous reviewer said. We are now in the middle of summer and the AC doesn't even work. They make this god awful noise every few minutes, so we cannot even sleep with the AC on in our room. They've been out here approximately 4 times to fix the issues, but the issues keep coming back a day or two later after they leave. When we try to call back to get the issues resolved, they (Jacob Gooze, the owner) is unresponsive and flaky. It takes him weeks to get back to clients. And when you do schedule a follow up appointment, there is a 50/50 chance they reschedule the morning of. I would NOT recommend this company to any one. Take your business else where, trust me.

The radiant heating system that Acme installed has been nothing but trouble. Their follow up service has been horrendous. Flakey and non responsive. I have replaced major elements of the system after just a year and continue to have constant issues. No hot water. No heat. Beware before you do business with this company.
