Patrick was our technician today. He did a fantastic job and was efficient with his time. We were referred by a friend and are pleased with our experience. We had made an appointment by phone yesterday and Patrick was able to come out today and he was very prepared. He had everything he needed with him and made for a quick and easy installment. Would highly recommend Patrick and the services he provided.

Great service and fast response. We came back from vacation with a leak from our water heater. I called late in the evening and they were able to set up an appointment the next morning. Michael, the technician, called in the morning and provided a time of arrival. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us an assessment of the situation and what is needed to be done to replace the water heater. He checked for sign of leaks to the adjacent walls. I was presented with a quote and how long it would take to complete the job. I am very pleased with the outcome and Michael’s professionalism.

We had two 50 gallon water heaters installed by Water Heaters Only, yesterday April 3rd, 2019. We replaced two water heaters of the same size that were 16 years old. They were still working fine but we decided to be proactive and not wait for a problem to develop. Our installers Mike and Chris did an excellent job. They were on time, very nice and very considerate. They explained everything we needed to know both before and after the job was done and they took the time to answer all of our questions. They did not pressure us to purchase from them. They in fact encouraged us to shop around and get other quotes if we wanted. Water Heaters Only came highly recommended to us by someone we trust who is in the in the trade . We are very glad we took that person's advice. This company does things right and their customer service is outstanding. They stand behind their work and their products, which is a rare and wonderful thing these days. We are happy customers! Awesome service. Prompt, clean, very good quality work. Technician Danny is excellent. Would recommend to anyone needing water heater replacement.

My hot water tank was leaking and within an hour of calling, they were out to address the issue. Danny, the technician knew exactly how to handle the situation and completed the work quickly. Staff in the office and Danny were all very respectful and kind. Would highly recommend them!
