Excellent communication and explanation of what needed to be done and the options to get it done correctly. Got the job done in a timely manner. Made sure I understood every part of the process and how to maintain the epoxy drain lines. Left the workspace clean and neat when they were finished. City inspector even commented on how well done the job was.

We took a year to consider what priority to give to "fixing" our aging cast iron plumbing including a sewer line, all original to our house built in the mid 60's. After having the lines camera(ed) by several plumbing/drain contractors and things explained to us regarding the options, we then found TSR Trenchless and had Bob give us a consult and bid. We went with TSR, liking that Bob was clearly experienced and knowledgeable and through the size and specialization of his company, had access to the newest machinery and techniques for the least intrusive methods of repair. We actually had 3 different processes done on various areas with 3 specialized crews all capably coordinated by Bob who was frequently on the job. It was intense but all done by the afternoon of the 2nd day. One caveat to those considering the pipe bursting process is that if your yard has big rocks the depth of the sewer line, that may make the process impossible. We came close to that being the case but the crew handled things adding more $ which was fair given the extra time. We were reminded of the difference between a bid and a proposal which makes trusting your contractor even more important. Overall, we felt fortunate to get this update behind us on a timeline good for us at a very competitive price and fortunate to have Bob coordinating while ready to capably respond to unforeseen issues.

Bob and his crew did an excellent job of epoxy sleeving and top-hatting the junction of our main sewer line. Per request, they also thoroughly mapped out our homes sewer line layout and inspected the lines with their camera snake. Very courteous and informative throughout the project. I highly recommend this company for anyone with sewer line issues....

We had purchased our first home a year before we began to have serious plumbing issues. It was a nightmare and after contacting several plumbing companies TSR Trenchless was able to find the real issue and work out a payment plan that worked for us. The plumbing in our home was old and they were able to replace the pipe burst and now we have a new main line installed and the nightmare is over and we’re now enjoying our new home free of plumbing issues.
