Significantly quicker turn around time and excellent attentiveness to the client and loss. City Water was able to pinpoint the area of concern where as the 2 previous leak detection companies that were on site (who are commercially known) did not. They installed a leak detection device on my house and it notified me of the leak, I couldn’t find it myself, within 24hrs they came out went through the app with me and fairly quickly determined where the leak was coming from. Upstairs tub! Great communication, expertise and I loved that I was able to get updates via text on when they would be arriving etc. I highly recommend this business for anything leak or plumbing related.
