A1 Plumbing Heating and Air

These jerks left a nasty note my car windshield - stating “thanks for ruining our day :)” by parking my car in a perfectly legal spot on a street. They happen to be working nearby. The note stated “A-1 Plumbing”. I spoke to the nearby worker who said “well, we didn’t know how long you’d be..”, because that still makes it ok. The concrete mixer guy was rude and unapologetic. This is harassment and completely uncalled for. I did nothing wrong. You can be sure I’ll be contacted them directly and filing a more formal complaint. Do NOT give them your business!

A horrible experience. Busted a pipe when they were there to fix a drip. Flooded our bathroom, closet and caused water damage into our garage. Left our home, did not return-has still not returned to fix the problem. My children and I were without water for 24hours and had to call another plumber to turn the water on to the rest of the house. A1 never showed up to fix the broken pipe, or even acknowledge what they had done. We had to go through our homeowners insurance to get the bathroom repaired which took several weeks. I am completely baffled that a company would choose to not repair damage they had created. I understand accidents happen, but to make no attempt to fix the problem, apologize for the inconvenience, and do everything in their power to remedy the situation is incredibly disappointing. I would never recommend this company to anyone. In fact I'd tell them to steer clear.

Great experience. Had them do the inspection on the house I'm buying. Quick and easy. I did have to request a more detailed report than the one presented on site (but that may be standard). But the turn around was fast and they're always quick to answer the phone and respond to questions. Will use them again.

Fast response via google. Came the next afternoon to fix a broken pipe connected to the water main. Greg was professional, nice, efficient and knew what he was doing. Reasonable price and overall good service. Solid impression left on my family.

They got me to order a whole new HVAC. They gave me the option to put in a deposit. I did. Since I wanted to check with my wife before finalizing the order, I asked them to hold on until I got back to them. Finally, within 2 days of the order I told them that we could not proceed with the order. They cashed my deposit check and now refused to refund the money. I was upset, but James the owner finally got involved and resolved the situation. He was nice and got me feeling good about the company again. Because of the owner, I would recommend them.
