Fantastic service. We called Saturday noon with poop in the shower. We were given an estimate of 2:00 to 2:30 arrival. The truck arrived at 2:29! The service was professional and quick. 5 stars.

We just used his services 10 minutes ago. We came to our home to pump the septic tank and when he left our property, he broke the concrete when he had ENOUGH space to exit (we have 1+acre) but he made a sharp turn breaking our concrete from the edge. He did not gave us a receipt and I called him and told him abou the concrete issue and he said: Yes, I know and I did but what do you want me to do? Pay you for it? And he added: Next time call somebody else! Now, we have broken concrete in our home because he said he has NO insurance!
