Called them. A very friendly operator communicated with the technicians my problem (no water) and they were here within an hour! That fixed the problem with ease. I particularly want to thank technician Ozzy/Oswaldo!

Andy went above and beyond to ensure that our new circuit breaker and generator outlet were perfect. He took the time to explain all available options beforehand and established confidence in our choice. He also took time to explain how everything worked, including all the steps for generator hook-up, and answered all our questions. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. Andy was cheerful, friendly and professional. The experience was like having family working on our project. We plan to use Rapid Service for all of our professional home projects in the future!
