This is a good company unil they let all the lao mafia run everything if you are white, mexican o any other race you dont have a chance with this company . They have a lao guy wich charges money to their friends so that they can get prevailing jobs leaving the rest of people strugling for good jobs. So if you are lao you get good work if not forget it.

CCS seems to focus more on commercial rather than residential repairs. However, I used them as my residence is in a condo building and they maintain some of the larger systerms. In my experience, they generally do good work, BUT they are VERY expensive ($110/hr), have unreasonable trip charges, and have repeatedly overbilled for the amount of service hours actually worked. In my recent experience, I tracked arrival and departure times by their staff, who overbilled for their hours. The company ended up crediting me back (because I had proof) nearly $400 bucks. I think their technicians get bonuses based on billable hours....so they have no problem bumping up their hours if they think they can get away with it. There are probably a WHOLE LOT of other companies out there that can do the same work.....for less money. I wont use them again and I will let me other condo neighbors to beware....
