Honestly really impressed with everything - the guys turned up probably within 10 minutes of me calling (although I imagine I got a bit lucky there!), did a great job of clearing the blockage quickly, and everyone I dealt with was really professional and friendly throughout. Prices definitely reasonable too - we were worried about getting scalped having been warned about some sharp practice in the industry, but wasn't the case at all here.

We had an issue with our drains. Thames Water came out and confirmed the issue was within the property. Quick google found these guys locally with good reviews. We had an engineer round within the hour on a Sunday. Extremely helpful, very friendly and polite. Spent a good hour with us until everything was sorted and didn’t mind letting us watch over so we knew for future the flow of the system etc. Thank you for your help and fully recommend

Called Drain Detectives as have problem with rats getting in my loft and can hear them climbing up cavity of internal soil pipe and required CCTV to check if problem with my drains/pipes. Very prompt and polite service. Inspected both front and back drains to confirm that at ground level my drains are OK. However it wasn't until I spoke to my pest control man that he said the CCTV should have gone right the way up my vertical soil pipe to check for any holes the rat could be coming through. Drain detectives CCTV only went as far as the bottom the soil pipe. When I rang the office to query this I was told their CCTV camera will not go all the way up the vertical pipe. Now I am left with rats still climbing up my soil pipe, £120 spent and still not sure that my soil pipe is intact to eliminate it is an entry point for the rats. Will have to find another company who's CCTV camera WILL go all the way up the length of my soil pipe.
