Excellent service!!! I was really nervous about using someone that I had just found online (the last time I had a company over to fix a drain they charged me over £200) but these guys are great. I made an appointment for the next day (they do offer a 24hr service but I didn’t think it was that urgent) and they let me know what cost I should expect, which was much less than I expected. They arrived earlier than expected (after calling ahead to check if it was convient) and fixed the problem with my two outside drains and two big manhole drains in under an hour. Wayne was really friendly and egar to show us exactly what he was doing and what the problem was. He did a great job of cleaning up and even gave us tips on how to avoid something similar happening in future. I’m so glad I found these guys, I can’t reccomend them highly enough. I will definetly be keeping their details - just in case I need them again.

Superb A****** customer service. Called up at 1PM to arrange someone to come an look at our blocked piping as water was over flowing from outside. Prior to calling Bentley Drains I rang other companies that only dealt with roof guttering or underground drains but no one really worked on steel piping due to it being an old victoria house. Once I spoke to Bentley Drains the lady mentioned someone will be there within the next hour and half and so he was. Job was done within 15/20 mins by my surprise. The lovely gentleman then checked all the piping to ensure water was smooth Thank you once again, will definitely be calling you again but lets hope the drains are kept clear now :)

Used Bentley Drains to trace a sewer across gardens. Arrived on time and work quickly completed. Very efficient service at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
