Superb service. Had a problem with a leaking central heating Pump and was in real distress. They managed to get someone out straight away and my problem was fixed within 2 hours. I've now received a very competitive quote from them for a full heating system upgrade with a new boiler. I look forward to doing business with you guys in the near future and will no doubt be writing another excellent review once I’ve had my new boiler installed next month!.

My annual boiler service was due and I couldn’t get hold of the person who did it last year. I found Vortex Heating on Facebook with loads of great reviews and sent them a message. They arranged to come round later than week and did exactly what they said they would. Serviced my boiler within 45 minutes for £49. We recently called out Vortex Heating to install a smart heating control which was done quickly and for a great price.

Brilliant service. Called up needed a landlord’s gas certificate for 4 separate properties in Colchester. Neil explained how busy the diary was but asked if he could do them out of hours which worked great with our tenants who workday times. Within 2 days he had done the 4 gas safe tests and certificates. Vortex Heating now do all the gas work for our properties in Chelmsford, Colchester and Clacton. Highly recommended for landlords.

If you have a gas boiler you will know it can be a real pain when winter comes. I was recommended Vortex Heating by a friend who had used them down the road in Boxted, Colchester. They spent hours isolating different components of our system finding the issue within a couple of hours (after we had 2 other engineers telling us we needed a new boiler). The engineer come back the next day with the required part, fixed the problem and for a great price. Thanks Vortex Heating.

Upon meeting Neil from Vortex Heating for the first time to discuss the job Neil was extremely helpful and explained the requirements of the job to me in a way that I could understand without any technical jargon. He was timely, professional and courteous throughout the whole process. Cleaned up afterwards. Charged the price we agreed which was the middle quote of the 3 I got in and completed the work to a very high standard.
