Really honest and trustworthy. I called up initially for some advice and was given straight, honest information (information that meant they wouldn’t get as much business), really refreshing! Highly recommended.

Great service! Tried very hard to solve the problem on the phone itself first. When it was clear a repair was needed only then did he say he would come. Amazing! Also helped us weigh up cost of repair and new machine.!

Great Service! Called in the morning, attended the job at noon. Fixed it at the price agreed and spotted another problem that would have needed another call maybe in a month or so. Got a great deal by getting both jobs done at the same time. Jack is reliable and trustworthy. I would use him again if need be.

I called Jack on a Thursday morning and I left a voicemail. He called me back 2h later. He came on the same day in the evening. Work was great and he gave us extra advice. Moreover, price was the one announced over the phone. I am impressed and I will definitely call back Jack if I have any issue with washing machine in London Thanks Jack !
