I had a fault code on my boiler and as a result no ignition and no hot water. I rang Willett tech services and Andy advised me on how I could possibly fix the fault myself. With some persistence, this proved to be the case and as a result my boiler is functioning again, saving me money on a call out. Many thanks Andy. Really helpful on the phone and very grateful for your help
