they installed my boiler last year. the contract include a 7 years services. nobody turn up. and i try to call nobody answer my phone. They even not bother my email. you can't trust them at all

An excellent job done when the pump on my water tank went. Called and spoke to Roy who talked me through ways of ruling out any minor problems to avoid a call-out charge. The workmen who called, carried out repairs quickly and efficiently....job done! Would definitely use No1 Gas Services again, Thanks guys!

NO1 Gas were appointed to install a new Worcester Greenstar Boiler at our home and not only offered us a FREE 7 year servicing plan but also gave us a free timeclock and room stat. The engineers Billy, and Gary were 1st class and even tidied up after the installation. 1st class installers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roy's team. Tasha.

Booked an appointment after getting a groupon voucher which was cancelled on the day by the company. Rescheduled for the next week they did not arrive and I had to contact them only for them to cancel again. Booked for the following week again but sadly let down yet again. I have now cancelled this and have the hassle of trying to get my money back through groupon plus get another engineer to service the boiler. Felt like they were stringing me along with never having any intention of actually coming out to us.

Purchased groupon voucher for boiler service. Made appointments for service technician failed to turn up on both occassions. I wasted the last of my leave and my time. Unreliable and the office didn't seemed to bothered by it.
