I found Papa Richard on Home Advisor and requested a quote for services I required. He contacted me immediately and was at my home the next morning. He felt that I needed a replacement and told me upfront he was booked but would be back in a few weeks to complete the job. He notified me before the few weeks was up and came on my schedule to help me out. He realized as he was working that the part didn't need to be replaced and said he wouldn't charge me for a replacement if it wasn't necessary. He's a very honest man and very reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone.
