I woke up to a cold house and found that our Boiler was on and had Hot water, but the circulation pump noisy and had failed, I’m a big freezebone and with cold temperatures thought we need heat now, I wonder what their schedule is, and how long to get parts! I called Andrea that morning, and she got Ken in the house quickly he repaired it, and I came home from work with same day service to a house that’s never been warmer! These guys are who I trust to fix things right. Thanks so much, Jeremy Brown.

Corrupt billing. Coercive, heavy-handed thugs! They make a mistake and then expect for you to cover THEIR costs of their mistakes. When I disputed the extra charges for them to correct their mistake, they threatened to file a lien on my home and filed preliminary paperwork for the lien. When I tried to talk to them on the phone, they hung up on me and then would never answer the phone again. On top of that, they left me and my family without a functioning kitchen sink for weeks due to their mistake. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! They are incompetent. They are immoral. They do not treat their customers with respect.

They didn't even take my call seriously and abruptly hung up.

These guys are the best no job is too big for them always good to count on good Reliable plumber ... ????????

Not sure if this company is still in business. There's an answering machine that takes messages, but it has been over a week and nobody has returned my call. Ended up calling Keenans Plumbing and they quickly fixed the broken water line.
