I would refer this service to anyone. We made the mistake of contacting another company first (Pikes) and it was turning into a disaster, mo money, mo money! Called Jerry and found a honest, sincere, helpful individual willing to work and not trick you for additional fees. Thanks Jerry for being an honest businessman!

They came when the said they would to pump out our septic tank. They broke one of the lids on our tank, which they said was already broken. I stood there while the backhoe banged on the lid with its bucket. Then, they took a cat hook and tried to turn the lid up for access into the tank. This broke the lid into and it fell into the tank. They pumped out the tank and dug roots out of the discharge line. They said the line needed to be dug up and checked further downstream. This was Thursday late afternoon. We were not available the next day so they said they would return the first of the week and complete the job. They came back on Tuesday the following week to replace the broken lid and repair the line. They replaced the line so far down and put the new lid on the tank. They left the old lid in the tank and charged us for the lid that they broke. They did do a satisfactory job of covering the excavation area.
