Herts Hardy Contractors did a large renovation of our 17th century converted barn that took place over 6 months and included complete replacement of oak flooring, new fittings and woodwork including door frames and skirting, custom doors and frames, radiators (and reinforcement of walls for this), removing of internal walls, pearling and reinforment of ceiling, new lighting, outdoor electrics and internal decoration including building of internal cupboards. We are extremely impressed and satisfied with the work carried out and have recommended Shaun and the Herts Hardy team to neighbours and friends, who have echo'd our sentiments as well. In particular we found that the work was finished to a very high quality with great attention to detail. Shaun was both reliable and trustworthy; he would let us know all the options to fix or improve something, he was always on time as well as flexible to suit our needs and accomodated our changing requirements and preferences really well. During the period of work carried out, Herts Hardy Contractors managed other trades/suppliers on our behalf, had a good network so when a specialist was needed they had quality connections that would be brought in to complete the work within the required timeframes and to the high standard we had come to expect from the team. Overall we are very happy with the work and believe that we got fantastic value for money because the quality of the work and professionalism of Shaun and the team made a stressful project much less so. We will absolutely use them again and have already reached out for further work. Highly recommended!
