Purchased an item from their eBay shop which failed after 6 months. The guy refused to assist suggesting I contact his supplier in China in a non aggressive manner but not in keeping with consumer law so I've wasted my money with this company.

Tried Gaserve as I had a central heating /boiler fault, The engineer came out the same day and found the problem within 15 mins as he had to go to the loft. I found his charges were very good and his diagnostic skills were very methodical.
