We had our boiler serviced on Tuesday 12th September 2017. In our confirmation letter we were told the engineer would arrive from approx. 8 am on wards. The job was done efficiently & professionally. Our invoice arrived the day after which we read and understood and that our certificate would be issued by post. We have used DNM Plumbing to service our boiler and for other plumbing works for many years and have always found them to be timely, friendly & professional. They do an excellent job and we will certainly keep on using them and recommending them to all our friends & family.
If you are thinking of using this firm then do yourself a favour and carry on googling. They have their own paranoid way of dealing with both customers and their own engineers, and send laughable threatening letters if you do not comply with terms they have invented. These include paying in full for services that have not yet been completed. Awful. One star because the engineer was polite, even if he was 2 hours late.
