Don knows his trade, and is honest and fair. I was very impressed when he came to repair my AC unit, which was leaking on the floor. He was very knowledgeable and made the right fix very quickly, without charging an arm and a leg :) Thanks Don!
I have used Don before and purchased a new rooftop AC unit from him in 2013, but I have called and left over 6 voice mails in the past 4 days for him and had zero response. I hope he is still in business and just on vacation...but starting to wonder!
Many other reputable companies said my 20 year old unit needed replaced. I spoke with Don, the owner of City & Suburban Heating & Air on Friday of last week, set an appointment for today, Monday. Don fixed the problem in 30 minutes with good old fashion know how and some sandpaper. A dirty heat sensor was my only problem. The guys from the HVAC store recommended Don, telling me that he was the guy that worked on their system and was one of the best. I was very impressed. The word that comes to mind is priceless, thanks Don.
