John came out to help with an emergency leak. He came out faster than anybody else when it really counted and at a competitive price. All new parts needed were on the van making it an efficient visit. He not only stopped the problem but helped redo elements of our white goods set up to prevent issues going forward and provided advice on some other issues while here. Would happily use again.
