My elderly parents boiler ceased to work on the coldest week this year ! I called Dave and he was on their doorstep within the hour (bare in mind this was Friday at 6pm ! ) he left them with a working boiler , a promise of a return visit on the Monday to service and drain it and with a very very reasonable rate , incredible swift service and a honest tariff to compliment that promptness , thank you Absolute for warming my parents this cold winter :-)
Excellent experience with this company . We had a complex boiler and tank which needed replacing, 3 other companies either didn't know where to start or were to small for the job. Paul at absolute energy came up with solutions and explained everything in great detail. We also have had a large gas fire serviced and radiator relocated by them on other occasions in last 6 months. All the guys are friendly and polite and Mandie in the office responds quickly to e mails and phone calls and sorts things out efficiently . Would highly recommend .
Fitting a boiler is absolutely no problem for these guys. Job gets done in no time. Professional and i do recommend Absolute Energy.
Came to view fireplace to arrange fitting a gas fire. Told us what to do with cutting some away to fit. Then ignored all calls & msgs trying to arrange to come back and fit it. Disgusting.
Poor communication. Report did not reflect situation.
